Nicole Hansen

Nicole Hansen is a highly experienced Supervisor in QC Laboratory Services at Emergent BioSolutions, responsible for managing animal production and testing operations within a biocontainment facility since December 2020. With prior roles as Operations Supervisor at Envigo and Research Technician at Van Andel Institute, Nicole has extensive expertise in personnel management, laboratory operations, and compliance with regulatory standards. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology and a minor in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Michigan State University, Nicole has demonstrated proficiency in leading audits, implementing quality systems, and supporting cross-functional development within the QC department, all while utilizing lean practices to enhance operational efficiency.
