At Emergent BioSolutions, Paul served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Products Business, responsible for leading the global public health threat product portfolio. Paul also led the multinational medical countermeasures business at Emergent.

Prior to their role at Emergent BioSolutions, Paul worked as the General Manager of Transplant Services at CareDx, Inc., where they played a crucial role in accelerating the growth of molecular diagnostic monitoring services for kidney and heart transplant recipients.
