Cawc Rose Jones

Rose Jones is currently working as a Health & Wellness Engagement Assistant at Emergent Holdings. Previously, at AF - Group, Rose worked as a Medical Only Claims Specialist. Rose is also involved with AAIM UP as a Diversity&Inclusion Officer Liaison. With a background in medical social work and customer service, Rose brings a wealth of experience to the table. Through various positions such as Assigned-Risk Claims Customer Service Representative and Claims Document Analyst, Rose has showcased strong skills in claims management, customer service, and document analysis. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central State University, Rose continues to pursue education at Lansing Community College.
