Implementation Specialist, Innovative Mentoring at Emergent Software

Mindy Warland is an Implementation Specialist at Emergent Software. Mindy has over fifteen years of experience in various financial and administrative roles.

Mindy started their career in 2005 as a Financial Manager at North Central District Association, EFCA. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day finances, including paying bills, entering deposits, managing online giving, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and securing insurance. Mindy was also responsible for HR functions, such as onboarding employees, maintaining employee files, benefits, and creating the employee handbook. In addition to their financial and HR duties, Mindy also provided IT support for the staff, including purchasing hardware and offering technical support when issues arose.

In 2010, Mindy left North Central District Association to take on the role of Hope House Counseling Assistant at Hope Community Church in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, they provided support to the counseling staff and helped with administrative tasks.

In 2011, Mindy returned to the financial world as an Implementation Specialist at Innovative Mentoring Software. In this role, they are responsible for helping clients set up and use the software. This involves training users, troubleshooting issues, and providing customer support.

Mindy is a dedicated employee with a passion for helping others. Mindy is always looking for ways to improve their skills and knowledge so that they can better serve their clients.

Mindy Warland has a MA in Marriage & Family Therapy from Bethel University and a BA in Organizational Communication from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Mindy Warland reports to Stacy Bajema, VP, Innovative Mentoring. Mindy Warland works with and Hannah Lefstad - Account Manager, Innovative Mentoring.
