Don Diedrich

Don Diedrich is a seasoned professional in systems engineering and technical support with extensive experience spanning multiple companies since 1986. Currently, Don serves as a Systems Engineer at ESX Technology Solutions and as a Technical Support Specialist at Axonom, an AQ company, while holding previous roles at Axonom, including Director of QA & Support and Customer Support Engineer. Don's expertise includes AWS cloud setup and data center administration, as well as hands-on experience with various hardware and software technologies. Prior experience includes senior account management at Routeview Technologies, where Don specialized in training and product management, and tier-one technical support at BDO Seidman / Synergistic Software. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bemidji State University.
