Lynne DeVenny, MLS, NCCP, currently serves as the Compliance Program Manager and Privacy Officer at EmergeOrtho since March 2022, where responsibilities include execution and maintenance of a statewide compliance program. Prior to this role, Lynne co-authored the national textbook "Workers' Compensation Practice for Paralegals" during the tenure at Carolina Academic Press from March 2008 to March 2022. Experience also includes positions at the North Carolina Medical Board as a Quality of Care Case Paralegal, and as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Lennon, Camak & Bertics, among others, contributing extensively to complex litigation and compliance processes across diverse legal areas. Lynne's educational background encompasses a Health Care Compliance Certificate Program from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Master of Legal Studies in Healthcare Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, complemented by various certifications in privacy and immigration law.
