Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Palmhouse Dairies Limited, Member of the Board of Trustees at Palmhouse Foundation, and Vice President at Emerging Ag Inc., Mumbi has experience in the dairy processing, social enterprise, and consulting industries. With a strong academic foundation in Economics, International Studies, and International Political Economy, Mumbi has also gained practical experience in office management and partnership development through their roles at Novastar Ventures and The Hub East Africa.
