Karen Wood

Karen Wood has extensive experience in network contracting and provider negotiations in the healthcare industry. Karen has held several director-level roles in different companies, where they successfully negotiated and implemented specialty services contracts with hospital systems, ancillaries, and large physician groups. Karen has also developed and executed contracts for gene-based, cellular, and other innovative therapies, as well as organ and bone marrow transplant services. Karen is skilled in strategic positioning, contract management, dispute resolution, and maintaining provider networks. Additionally, Karen has experience in managing operational budgets, financial analysis, and contract administration.

Karen Wood attended Southern Wesleyan University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2016, they also obtained a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential from the World Coach Institute (WCI) after completing their professional coach program.
