Felix Shpilman

Felix Shpilman is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the travel technology and investment sectors. As Co-Founder of Moses Capital since September 2023, Felix is focused on transforming early-stage investing through a global Fund of Funds. In addition, Felix has served as President and CEO of Emerging Travel Group since April 2013, overseeing its growth in B2C, B2A, and Corporate Travel Management segments with brands like RateHawk and Ostrovok. Felix founded RateHawk in 2016, establishing it as a prominent B2B platform within the travel industry. Felix also holds the position of General Partner at Start Fund, an early-stage investment fund, and previously worked in various roles at Ostrovok.ru, DST Global, and Citi. Felix's educational background includes a BA in Finance and Business Strategy from USC Marshall School of Business.
