Vija Šiltere

Vija Šiltere has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of system analysis and business process analysis. Vija is currently working as a Lead Business Analyst at Emergn since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior System Analyst at dots. (previously, SQUALIO cloud consulting) from August 2016 to March 2021. Vija also held the position of System Analyst at Visma Enterprise Latvia from February 2014 to July 2016. Before that, they worked as a System Analyst at SIA Lattelecom Technology from May 2013 to January 2014. Vija also has experience as an IT solutions analyst at SIA BPO Baltic from November 2011 to January 2014. Their earlier roles include IS project manager at VAS Latvijas Pasts from July 2008 to November 2011, and various positions in the IT Department of State Revenue Service from 2001 to 2008, including Head of Software Management Division, Head of Database Quality Unit, and Chief Specialist.

Vija Šiltere completed a degree in Business Informatics at Riga Technical University from 2013 to 2014. Vija also obtained a Professional Master's degree in Information Technology from the same university from 1984 to 1990. Additionally, they have received certifications as an Agile Practitioner from Emergn and as a Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) from IIBA in September 2016.
