Pilar Amores García

Pilar Amores García is an experienced Agile Coach at Emergya since May 2018, leading Agile transformation efforts across various organizational areas while customizing agile methodologies and frameworks to fit company products. Prior roles include serving as a Scrum Master and Product Owner, where Pilar managed product backlogs and ensured alignment among stakeholders. Previously, at Intel Corporation, Pilar led a Dialogue Development team as a Scrum Master and Software Engineer, while earlier experience includes roles as a Computational Linguist and R&D Engineer. Pilar holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla and a Master's in Java and related frameworks from Diasoft.
