Florencia Franco Ilardo

Florencia Franco Ilardo has extensive experience in operations management and project coordination. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Enrollment Services at Emerios since February 2015, Florencia manages the Workfront System and focuses on its continuous improvement. Previously, Florencia worked at IBM Argentina from May 2011 to December 2014 in various roles, including Business Operations Professional and Compliance Focal for Latin America, where responsibilities included managing operational reviews and conducting internal audits. Additionally, Florencia held the position of Account Manager and Client Support Manager at IBM, driving excellence in service delivery and compliance. Educational achievements include a Diplomatura in Agile Methodologies and Project Management from Centro de e-Learning UTN FRBA and a background in Human Resources from IASE.
