Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an experienced software development leader with a robust background in business process management (BPM) and solutions architecture. Currently serving as Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj has previously held significant positions including Director - Head for BPM Presales & Solutions at Virtusa, where responsibilities included global leadership in BPM-Pega presales and practice solutions. Prior roles encompassed senior architectural positions at Lloyds TSB and various seconded roles through Wipro, including BPM Architect at MasterCard, Level 3 Communications, and FedEx Services.
