Evgeniy Novoseltsev

Evgeniy Novoseltsev has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Evgeniy currently serves as an Information Security Officer at Espresa since March 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of DevOps and Security at LeverX Group and Emerline, starting in February 2019. From 2017 to 2019, Evgeniy worked as a Chief Technology Officer for their own business as a contractor. Here, they planned and led various projects, focusing on AWS and DC servers and services, Docker Swarm, Puppet, Jenkins, VerneMQ, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Consul, Vault, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Grafana, Logstash, ElastAlert, RaspberyPi, NanoPi, self-built docker images, Jenkins and git hooks for CI, and A/B and Blue/Green for CD.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Evgeniy served as DepOps Team Lead at Axcient from August 2016 to November 2017, and as an Automation architect at Genesys from December 2015 to July 2016. Evgeniy also worked as a Senior VoIP System Administrator at Veeam Software from April 2013 to December 2015, and as a VoIP/Linux System Administrator at Intermedia from May 2010 to December 2012. Additionally, they have experience as an Internal System Administrator at Alterantiva Sinitsi from February 2010 to May 2010, and as a Senior System Administrator at FASTPAY from November 2009 to February 2010.

Evgeniy Novoseltsev began their education at the 2nd Saint Petersburg gymnasium, where they pursued their high school education from 1991 to 2001. During this time, they focused on subjects such as English and mathematics. Following their high school education, they attended the St. Petersburg State University of Means of Transportation from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Comprehensive Informational Security.

In addition to their formal education, Evgeniy Novoseltsev has acquired several certifications. In November 2019, they obtained an EFSET certification from EF English First. Evgeniy further expanded their knowledge by obtaining multiple certifications related to Google Cloud Infrastructure from Coursera, including "Elastic Google Cloud Infrastructure: Scaling and Automation," "Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Core Services," "Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Foundation," and "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure" in 2021.

Furthermore, Evgeniy Novoseltsev holds certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Evgeniy obtained the "AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional," "AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate," and "AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate" certifications from Amazon Web Services in August 2017.
