Allison Ghajar

Allison (Lipnick) Ghajar currently holds the position of Senior Director of Student Opportunity in Philanthropy at Emerson Collective, having progressed from Director to Chief of Staff for Emerson Elemental since joining in September 2016. Prior to this, Allison amassed significant experience at Goldman Sachs from 2000 to 2010, where roles included Vice President and Chief of Staff for the President and Chief Operating Officer, among others. Earlier in 1999, Allison was a Summer Analyst in the Investment Banking Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bank of America. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1996 and 2000.
