Martin Sanchez is currently an IT Support Technician with Emerson Collective. Martin has been in this role since March of 2021. In that role they supported software such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Outlook and Symantec Anti-Virus, performed break/fix work and downloaded critical updates to computer systems, provided desktop support/smartphone/iPad/tablet support for Microsoft Environment, handled and troubleshot customer problems in person and over the phone, supported laptops such as IBM, Fujitsu and Toshiba, and gave 1st and 2nd level desktop support. Prior to that, they were a Mac Computer Repair Technician with Mobile Kangaroo.

Martin Sanchez's educational career includes completing an associate's degree in computer science from Cuesta College and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Martin also has various certifications from Jamf, Google, Apple, Dell, and HP.
