Melissa Uhl is the current Chief Growth Officer for Elemental Excelerator. Melissa has also previously worked as an Associate Attorney for Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing, a Land Governance Policy Intern for UNDP, and a Government Affairs Intern for the Environmental Working Group. Melissa has also been a Legislative Aide for the State of Hawaii and a TNC Conservation Science Fellow for the Natural Capital Project at Stanford University.
Melissa Uhl graduated with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa - William S. Richardson School of Law, where they focused on Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law. Prior to that, they completed a BS in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Santa Clara University. Melissa is certified by the Hawaii State Bar Association as a Licensed Attorney at Law.
