Nora Traughber

Nora Traughber is the Director of Business Operations Venture Investing at Emerson Collective. Prior to joining Emerson, they were the Data & Evaluation Manager at Code2040, where they oversaw the organization's Salesforce redesign and implemented change management tools to increase user adoption. Nora has also served as Manager of Conference Content at Net Impact and as a Fellow at the California Foundation on the Environment and the Economy. Nora began their professional career as a Student Intern in the Office of Civil Rights at the Environmental Protection Agency. Nora is a graduate of UC Berkeley.

Nora Traughber has a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley in Society and Environment. Nora also has a degree from Lund University.
