Renée Jay

Renée Jay is currently an Executive Assistant at Emerson Collective, a position they have held since March of 2019. Prior to their current role, Renée served as an Executive Assistant at BridgeBio from December 2017 to March 2019. Before that, they were an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company from May 2016 to December 2017.

Renée began their career as an Administrative Assistant at SkinSpirit Skincare Clinic and Spa in August 2011, a role they held for three years before being promoted to Executive Assistant to the CEO in December 2014. Renée held that position for just over a year and a half before leaving for McKinsey & Company in May 2016.

Outside of their current role, Renée has also served as an Associate Designer at Byer California from July 2006 to August 2011.

Renée Jay has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University and an AA in Fashion from Brooks College. Renée also has certification from Coursera in Introduction to the Biology of Cancer and from the California Secretary of State in California Notary Public.
