Peter Bussi

Peter Bussi currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Emerson Human Capital Consulting since 2024. Previously, Peter held the position of Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at By The Bay Health from 2021 to 2024, and served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development at Solutions II in 2019-2020. From 2010 to 2019, Peter worked as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Finance and Operations at Chouinard & Myhre, Inc. Between 2005 and 2010, Peter was a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at JMP Securities, focusing on equity research in infrastructure software and semiconductor industries. Peter's early career included roles at HP as a BEA Strategic Alliance Manager and Account Manager, and as a Sales/Channel Manager at both REEF SA and Promerge/QCI. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
