Mariah Mallett

Mariah Mallett, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at Emerson School since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mariah held the position of Controller at Michigan Humane from January 2022 to June 2023. Mariah's extensive experience at Plante Moran includes roles as Tax Manager, Senior Tax Accountant, and Tax Staff Accountant from January 2016 to January 2022, as well as a Tax Intern in early 2015. Mariah's career began with a Cast Member position at Walt Disney World in early 2013, where contributions included improving guest experiences and creating internal training videos. Additionally, a volunteer marketing campaign role at Thrift Store of Ypsilanti in 2012 resulted in a 6% sales increase. Mariah earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn between 2011 and 2014.
