Abhishek Hanamshet is an experienced Human Resource professional with a robust background in HR management and industrial relations. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Emerson since October 2025, Abhishek previously held similar roles at Finolex Industries Ltd and Continental. With expertise in recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, and legal compliance, Abhishek has also worked as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at NIPRO INDIA CORPORATION PVT LTD and as HRBP at Hind Terminals Pvt Ltd. Early career experience includes roles at Raymond Luxury Cottons Ltd and Raymond Zambaiti Ltd, where foundational skills in HR functions were developed.
