Trupti Panchal

Trupti Panchal serves as a Human Resource Business Partner and Site Lead at Axalta, beginning in November 2025. Prior to this role, Trupti was a Regional Human Resources Generalist at Zydus Group from September 2023 to December 2025, where talent acquisition initiatives and performance enhancement strategies were successfully implemented. Trupti’s extensive experience in human resources includes positions such as Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager at Palvi Industries Limited, Senior Human Resources Consultant at Deepak Nitrite Ltd, and Human Resource Manager at ALOIS Staffing, among other roles. Trupti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis.
