Heather Shannon

Heather (Safford) Shannon is an experienced configuration management professional, currently serving as a Configuration Management Analyst V and ETO QuickRelease Technical Lead at Emerson since March 2017. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Oracle from July 2010 to January 2017, where responsibilities included managing product data implementation for Oracle StorageTek Tape Drives and applying CMII principles for timely project delivery. Heather's earlier experience includes roles at Sun Microsystems and StorageTek, focusing on engineering changes and product management. Heather earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Quinnipiac University and completed studies at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy.
