Jenny Zhang

Jenny Zhang is a Senior Director of Customer Care at Emerson Automation Solutions, with extensive experience in customer support, strategy development, and operational management. Since May 2013, Jenny has led the Rosemount China Customer Care team, focusing on technical and commercial support, as well as service planning processes. In addition, as Director of Customer Care for the Rosemount Business Unit in the Asia Pacific region since April 2016, Jenny has been responsible for developing customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve key performance metrics. Prior to this role, Jenny held various positions at Schneider Electric and Emerson Process Management, where responsibilities included driving customer satisfaction initiatives and managing overall customer care strategies. Jenny holds an EMBA diploma from the China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai University.
