Silvia Rodriguez

Silvia Rodriguez has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Emerson since July 2013, where responsibilities include e-sourcing events, supplier management, and process improvement. Previous roles at Emerson include Buyer/Planner for Indirect Material and Senior Project Procurement Buyer, focusing on the procure-to-pay process and ensuring effective procurement administration for global projects. Prior to Emerson, Silvia managed workplace services at Bank of America Business, overseeing logistics, inventory, and procurement from June 2009 to July 2013. Silvia holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
