Chris Olivas

Chris Olivas started working as a Medical Technologist at The Hospitals of Providence East Campus in April 2008. In February 2012, they were promoted to Lead Medical Technologist in the Microbiology Section and held this position until February 2016. From February 2016 to June 2017, Chris worked as the Public Health Laboratory Manager at the City of El Paso. Since June 2017, they have been serving as the Regional Laboratory Director at Emerus Holdings, Inc.

Chris Olivas completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2007. From 2013 to 2018, Chris pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health from the same university.
