Ronald Keller has worked in various positions within the medical informatics field. From 1995 to 1997, they served as an Attending Emergency Physician at both Denver Health Medical Center and Colorado Permanente Medical Group. In 1997, they became the Chief Technical Officer at US Acute Care Solutions, where they later transitioned to the role of National Medical Director of Clinical Informatics in 2017. In 2010, they joined Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System as the Medical Director of Clinical Informatics at Lutheran Medical Center. Finally, in 2016, Ronald became the Chief Medical Information Officer / Senior Vice President of Medical Informatics at Emerus Holdings, Inc.
Ronald Keller has a diverse education history in the field of medicine. Ronald obtained their High School Diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Jefferson Senior High School in 1974. Ronald then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology at Colorado State University, graduating in 1978. Following this, they attended the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus from 1987 to 1991 and earned their MD degree in Medicine. Ronald Keller furthered their medical training through an Internship in Preliminary Internal Medicine at Saint Joseph Hospital from 1991 to 1992. Ronald subsequently completed their Residency training in Emergency Medicine at Denver General Combined Residency from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Ronald Keller has obtained additional certifications, including being a Certified Epic Physician Builder from Epic and a Certified Cerner Physician Architect from Cerner Corporation, although specific dates of certification were not provided.
