Nels Dahl

Nels Dahl is an accomplished sales operations and training manager with extensive experience in optimizing organizational efficiency and driving training initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the National Sales Operations & Training Manager at Emery Jensen Distribution since December 2019, Nels manages a team of 92 district managers and 1,100 Area Managers, successfully implementing strategies that enhance operational performance. Previous roles include Division Learning Manager at Extra Space Storage, where Nels led the development of a training database, and National Training Manager at both Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores and Sears Holdings Corporation, focusing on sales performance, store launches, and training optimization. Nels began a career in the United States Marine Corps as a Field Radio Operator and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
