Oksana Bezusa

Oksana Bezusa currently holds the position of Assistant Analyst for Sustainability and ESG at Emex Software, where responsibilities include managing sustainability initiatives, ESG reporting, and quality assurance of data dashboards using Power BI, alongside accounting for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Oksana previously served as a Researcher at the Ukrainian Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products, overseeing grant programs and managing PhD students. Additional experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Project Manager at Studio Raz, a Research Assistant at ALNuMed GmbH, and a Student Research Assistant at BayCEER, along with quality engineering experience at Blackridge Software. Oksana holds a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Environmental Protection from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Master's degree in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Bayreuth.
