Jim Larwood

Jim Larwood serves as the Managing Partner at Northshire Capital Partners since December 2020, focusing on private investments in the aerospace industry. In addition, Jim is a Managing Partner at Atlantic Partners International and has held the position of Board of Director at SYSCOM since June 2014, recently elected to this role. Jim also serves as a Board of Director for DUKE Mfg’g at Watervale Equity Partners since September 2020. Previously, Jim held various leadership roles at Kaman, including President from January 2013 to November 2019 and Division President at Kaman Composite Structures and Kaman Precision Products. Jim's career began in aerospace leadership with a Vice President role at Kaman Helicopter Subcontract Group. Jim holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, earned from 1982 to 1986.
