Hoyer Consulting since April 2019, Monica has a strong background in marketing leadership, demonstrated through past roles including VP of Marketing at Email on Acid and Head of Marketing at Participate Learning and iContact. With extensive experience in developing marketing strategies, executing demand generation campaigns, and leading teams, Monica has contributed to significant revenue optimization and brand enhancement across various organizations. Additionally, Monica is a founding member of the Alliance of Women in Tech Leadership and has a solid educational foundation in Speech Communications, Journalism, and Women's Studies from Susquehanna University.
