Sharooz Raoofi

Sharooz Raoofi is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience as a songwriter and entrepreneur. Currently, Sharooz serves as the Founder of Wavetick since July 2022. Additionally, Sharooz has been a songwriter for EMI Music Publishing and Universal Music Publishing Group since 2003 and 2006, respectively. Prior to that, Sharooz owned Principle Pleasure Studios, which operated until July 2022, and developed bespoke music creation tools and instruments as the owner of Audiaire from January 2018 to January 2020. Notable roles also include ownership of Attack Magazine and Sample Magic Ltd., along with consultancy positions at Splice.com and Beatport LLC. Sharooz's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Music Technology from the University of Derby.
