Alisha Kapila

Alisha Kapila has 7 years of work experience in HR roles. Alisha started their career at iEnergizer as a Sr. Executive HR from April 2015 to December 2016. Then, they joined Info Edge India Ltd as a Sr. Executive HR Shared Services from March 2017 to January 2020. Following that, they worked at Gradeup (Gradestack Learning Pvt Ltd) as a Sr. Associate HR from January 2020 to October 2022 and held subsequent roles as an Associate Manager HR from December 2020 to October 2022, and as a Deputy Manager HR from April 2022 to October 2022. Currently, they are a Team Lead- Talent & Culture at Emids since October 2022.

From 2011 to 2014, Alisha Kapila studied at the Institute of Management Studies in Noida. Alisha obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in HR.
