Kaushani Sarkar

Kaushani Sarkar has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Kaushani started their career at HCL Technologies as a Team Member in 2003. Kaushani then worked at Alp Management Consultants as a Research Associate, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment and implemented training programs. In 2005, they joined 3Pillar Global as a Manager in the HR department, where they focused on talent management, performance assessment, and HR operations. Later, they joined Quovantis Technologies as a Director and then as a Vice President, where they handled various aspects of people experience, including leadership coaching, talent acquisition, and change management. Currently, they are working at Emids as the Vice President of People Experience. Throughout their career, Kaushani has demonstrated strong skills in organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching.

Kaushani Sarkar has a diverse education history. Kaushani completed an Executive Program in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2022-2023. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource and a PGDIBM in International Business from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 2003 and 2005. Kaushani also holds a BIS(H) degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Their education journey began at Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan, where they completed their High School education, specializing in Science with Maths, from 1985 to 1999.
