Declan Butvick

Declan Butvick has extensive legal experience, starting as an Attorney at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2000 to 2004. Declan then worked at Moses & Singer LLP as an Attorney from 2004 to 2011. After that, they joined Emigrant Bank, where they held various positions, including Vice President, Assistant General Counsel from 2011 to 2016, First Vice President, Deputy General Counsel from 2016 to 2018, and currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel.

Declan Butvick completed their J.D. at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1993 to 1997. Declan completed their high school education at Bronx High School of Science from 1989 to 1993.
