Hillary Bailey

Hillary Bailey serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Emigrant Bank since March 2019, bringing significant legal expertise from previous roles as an Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP from June 2017 to March 2019 and at Shearman & Sterling LLP from October 2014 to June 2017. During a summer associate position at Shearman & Sterling LLP in 2013 and another at Shipman & Goodwin LLP in 2012, Hillary gained valuable experience in asset management and capital markets. Hillary holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University, following education at Kingswood-Oxford School.
