Mihael Novak

Mihael Novak is a seasoned DevOps Engineer at Emil Frey Digital since November 2018, with extensive experience in operations and telecommunications. Prior to this role, Mihael served as the Head of Operations at NTH Mobile from July 2013 to October 2018, overseeing SIMTest.it, a testing solution for SMS, MMS, voice calls, and mobile internet browsing. Mihael's career in the NTH Group spanned from November 2007 to June 2013 as a Senior Voice Engineer, where responsibilities included creating and maintaining IVR services, administration of IVR systems, and managing telephony interconnections. Mihael holds an education from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics.
