Yossi Sarfaty

Yossi Sarfaty has a diverse range of work experience. Yossi is currently working as the Head of Synergy at Emilia Development (O.F.G) since 2022. Previously, from 2019 to 2022, they served as a Senior Counselor at Goren Amir Consultants Crisis Management, Strategy, Lobbying, and Government Relations. In this role, they managed and represented the interests of leading corporations in Israel to high-level decision makers in the government. Before that, from 2016 to 2019, Yossi was the CEO of The Social Guard, a non-partisan NGO focused on socially responsible legislation. Yossi oversaw the day-to-day tasks of the activist group leaders, managed fundraising and budgeting, and provided testimony and advice in parliamentary committees. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, Yossi was the Head of Education at Minesharim Kalu Mechena, where they led the development of coursework and mentored a team of instructors.

Yossi Sarfaty obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education and Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Yossi further pursued their education at Tel Aviv University, earning a Master's degree in Public Policy from 2019 to 2021.
