Isaac Barnes has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Isaac started their career as a Senior Software Engineer in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs Department of the United States Marine Corps. Isaac provided support in strategy, product design, innovation, business intelligence, and project management. Following this, Isaac served as a Senior Technical Project Manager at the Pentagon, where they supported the principal staff assistant and senior advisor to the Secretary of Defense for information technology. Isaac also assisted with implementing technology related to the DoD information enterprise. Isaac then joined AFCEA DC as the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for IT operations and outreach efforts to the IT community. In 2016, they became involved in Agile Product Development and Innovation at the Executive Office of the President, managing a team of developers. Currently, Isaac is with Eminent Future as the President, driving government innovation and societal change through product and innovation cloud solutions advisory for directors in the Department of State and Department of Defense. Additionally, they are also associated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as part of the Small Business Council/Supplier Diversity.
