Tess Carleer

Tess Carleer is an experienced coach currently serving as a Jongerencoach for various projects at emino since January 2022 and as a professional coach at Plan B coaching since March 2021. Tess has previously worked as a career coach at Make me Fly! from February 2021 to June 2024, focusing on work satisfaction and personal development. With a strong background in coaching and team leadership at Telenet from July 2013 to December 2021, Tess also owns a coaching business, TESS bvba, and held a position as an audiologist at Lapperre Hearing Systems from January 2006 to January 2008. Tess holds multiple degrees in Logopedie, Audiologie, and Business Management, alongside specialized training in children’s coaching and integrative coaching.
