Jeff Unger

Jeffrey Unger is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as the President and CEO of eMinutes since January 1998. Under Jeffrey Unger's leadership, eMinutes has become a significant player in the entertainment industry, providing comprehensive services for forming loan outs, touring entities, and production companies, while managing the corporate minutes for over 35,000 corporations. Prior to this role, Jeffrey Unger worked as an Associate Attorney at Post Kirby Noonan & Sweat from 1992 to 1997. Educationally, Jeffrey Unger holds an LLM in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, a JD from California Western School of Law, and a BS in Economics from Babson College.
