Rachel Woolstone

Rachel Woolstone currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Emirates Flight Catering since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel was Global Human Resources Director at DO & CO AG from August 2019 to July 2024, and previously held the position of Group HR Director for Europe, USA, Middle East, and Asia at Zuma from January 2011 to July 2019. Earlier experiences include HR Director at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts from August 2007 to December 2010, and HR Manager at Tesco from November 2002 to July 2007. Rachel holds a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University, where studies were completed in January 2001.
