Tim Murray-Brown

Tim Murray-Brown ACA is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in recruitment and finance operations. As co-founder of The Engage Partnership since August 2017, Tim leads senior finance hires, emphasizing a people-centric approach in the technology and finance recruitment sector. Additionally, Tim has served as an advisor and investor for EmiratesHR since January 2018, focusing on HR software for the UAE and GCC region. Previously, Tim held significant roles at Lloyds Banking Group from 2000 to 2016, including head of finance for both group operations and a digital bank, alongside contributions to the Group Marketing Board. Earlier professional experiences include financial controlling at Viva! Health & Leisure and Geocon Group, and auditing at KPMG UK. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Cardiff University.
