Jay Mahender

Jay Mahender is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Cards at Emirates Islamic since January 2023, Jay previously held the position of Senior Manager for Cards Portfolio Management at the Commercial Bank of Dubai from May 2016 to September 2022. Prior to that, Jay worked at RAKBANK as a Senior Complaints Officer from July 2008 to April 2016, focusing on client engagement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wollongong in Dubai (2005-2008) and a Commerce degree from Indian School Al Ain (2003-2005).
