Assistant Manager Customer Experience at Emirates Islamic

Tahir Habib is an experienced professional in customer experience and quality management, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Customer Experience at Emirates Islamic since November 2022. Prior to this role, Tahir held various positions at Emirates NBD, including Quality Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert, from May 2015 to November 2022 and June 2013 to May 2014, respectively. Tahir began their career as a CSR at CMPak in Pakistan, with a tenure from December 2008 to May 2012, and also worked as an Engineering Coordinator at Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha from June 2012 to April 2013. Tahir holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Punjab College, completed between 2005 and 2007, and a Matriculation in Computer Science from PAF Intermediate College, earned between 1990 and 2001.
