Hessa Ahli has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as IT Support Manager at ENOC since July 2008, with prior roles as IT Customer Relationships Manager and Service Desk Manager. Before joining ENOC, Hessa worked at the Dubai Health Authority from October 2002 to June 2008 as a Helpdesk Technician. Hessa holds a Diploma in Computer Information Processing from Dubai Women’s College, earned between 1998 and 2001.
