Maryam Alshkeili

Maryam Alshkeili is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Emiratisation and employee relations, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at ENOC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Maryam held similar positions at Al Futtaim Motors Toyota & Lexus Showroom and served as the Emiratisation and Employee Relations Manager at the Commercial Bank of Dubai, where responsibilities included implementing the Emiratisation strategy and organizing career events for national job seekers. With extensive experience at HSBC and Dunia Finance, Maryam has consistently focused on developing and executing HR strategies to attract and retain UAE Nationals, as well as improving operational risk and portfolio management. Maryam holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Canadian University Dubai and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Higher Colleges of Technology.
