Ramy Khouri

Ramy Khouri is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and organizational change management within the energy and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the IT Strategy & Portfolio Manager and SAP Program Manager at ENOC, Ramy oversees the implementation of key SAP Retail modules and the ENOC Masar Program, focusing on the automation of retail processes. Prior experience includes project management for a Cerner implementation at the Medical Services Corps of the UAE Armed Forces and consultancy roles at IBM and Deloitte, where Ramy developed IT strategies, governance frameworks, and organizational structures. Ramy holds a BS in Economics from Arizona State University and an MIS in Information Systems from the University of Balamand.
