Rahamathulla Mohamed Rawther

Rahamathulla Mohamed Rawther is currently the Director of HR Change Management at Emirates Post Group. With a background in HR Projects, Compensation and Benefits, and Change Management, Rawther previously held roles at TECOM from 2001 to 2011, including Head of Reward & Operations and HC Manager. Rawther also served in various HR roles at DPA from 1990 to 2001. Rawther obtained a BSc in Mathematics from Jamal Mohamed College in 1983 and an MBA from the University of Bradford in 2007.
